Mr. Bayern brings over forty years of experience in the areas of fund management, investment banking, venture capital, trading, and brokerage management. Over the years, he has created hundreds of millions of dollars in value for the companies that he has advised.
He has been founder and principal of NYSE and NASD member firms, has underwritten several public offerings, and has served on the boards of many companies, both public and private.
He holds an MBA from the Baruch School of Business, CCNY, earned in 1974. Mr. Bayern has built his career in the financial industry based upon his ability to locate, structure, and fund small-cap and mid-market deals. He has compiled a long and distinguished track record of success.
